At present, the problem of power shortage in our country is becoming more and more prominent, and people's requirements for environmental protection are also increasing. As a backup power supply for the power supply network, diesel generator sets with silent boxes have been widely used because of their low noise, especially in hospitals, hotels, high-end living areas, large shopping malls and other places with strict environmental noise requirements are indispensable emergency equipment.

The silent generator set adopts scientific internal structure design, adopts special noise reduction materials to absorb and suppress mechanical noise, reducing noise to 65 to 75 decibels, and efficient shock absorption measures to ensure the stable operation of the unit. This silent generator set can be placed indoors or directly outdoors. Its structural characteristics are as follows:

(1) The box is a square box with a flat top and a flat steel plate at the bottom for easy dragging;

(2) An air intake anti-speaker (air intake window) at the rear of the box allows air to enter freely during the operation of the diesel engine and effectively prevents sand and dust from entering the box.

(3) Emergency stop switch: An emergency stop switch is installed on the right side of the box to facilitate the shutdown of the unit when abnormal conditions occur.

(4) The structural material of the box body is anti-corrosion cold-rolled steel plate, the surface of the box body is smooth and flat, and the surface is sprayed with plastic, which more effectively guarantees the service life of the box body.

(5) Exhaust shutters: A wind deflector is installed at the front of the box to exhaust the air through the wind guide groove, which greatly reduces the exhaust noise of the unit and the reverse flow of dust and high temperature.

(6) Box doors and windows: 2mm cold-rolled steel plates are used, and there is a glass window to observe the operating status, effectively preventing the intrusion of sand and dust when the unit is idle.
