    There are several reasons for this failure. First, the oil supply of the unit is insufficient, and the oil pipe is blocked or leaked, and the diesel engine cannot obtain the oil in time. This is related to the integrity of the filter. Second, there is too much gas inside the oil pipeline, which affects the normal output of oil. Third, there is air inside the unit. Fourth, the high-pressure pump fails. During the process of atomizing diesel, the high-pressure pump is out of control, and the diesel cannot be converted into the state required for the operation of the unit. Fifth, the cylinder block of the diesel engine is faulty. The facility mainly carries diesel oil. If the diesel oil is not atomized, but burns directly inside the cylinder block, it will affect the operation of the equipment.

    Troubleshooting measures: maintenance personnel need to check the application effect of the filter screen and update it in time. When there is too much air in the oil pipeline or in the body, the maintenance personnel also need to use the exhaust valve to effectively remove the air, so that the oil supply is continuous. For the problem of the high-pressure pump, the maintenance personnel need to check the operation status of the high-pressure pump by means of touch measurement, and submit it for inspection in time. For the diesel cylinder block failure, the fault point must be located by means of listening. If the cylinder block makes irregular sounds, it proves that the cylinder block is faulty.
